Rot behind the wall,
and a bathroom back.
What started as a bathroom remodel turned up water damage behind the wall. The framing and plumbing were rebuilt before anything went back on, which is the part nobody sees once it is finished.

Custom cabinetry
built to fit the gap.
A narrow alcove beside the range with nothing usable in it. The drywall around it was made good and painted, a cabinet was built to fit the space exactly, and the new refrigerator went in alongside.

A gym ceiling,
stripped and rebuilt.
The whole ceiling came down to the joists and went back up in moisture-resistant board, taped, finished and painted, with the room protected throughout.

Drywall and paint
through a whole floor.
Ceilings and walls taped, jointed and finished across an open-plan floor and stairwell, then painted out with the floors covered the whole way through.

New siding across
the back of a house.
Siding and window trim replaced over two storeys, then painted. Access off ladders rather than scaffold, working around the windows and the existing patio.

Cedar cover over
a new paver patio.
A corner of the back garden dug out and re-based, pavers laid to a line, and a cedar cover framed over the top. The point of the cover is that the patio still gets used in February.

A curved wall that
doubles as seating.
A long block wall following the curve of the lawn, capped flat so the top works as a bench.

A pond, a bridge and
a stamped patio.
A pond and dry creek cut through the middle of the garden, edged in river rock and planted out, with a stamped concrete patio wrapping around it.

A driveway back to
the colour it was laid.
Years of moss and algae under heavy tree cover, washed out of the joints and off the stone. No new pavers and no resurfacing — this is the same driveway, cleaned.
